Lawn edged with layered planting running to a sunset view over the treetops, beside the limestone extension and timber deck

A limestone and timber extension with a garden that runs out to the view.

The new upper level adds a bedroom and terrace above a limestone carport draped in jasmine. Below, a long lawn bordered by olives, agave and native shrubs leads past a timber deck to the evening light, with coastal grasses and lavender softening the street.
